Remove iron bars over Ike's window so Ike doesn't die in a fire. [Marth's note: This is silly reasoning. The window bars wouldn't be the death of him. He'd just sleep through the sirens. Those bars are ugly, though.]
Rewire the house

Route hot water heater vent to the outside
Replace galvanized plumbing with new copper plumbing
